MinistryWell is an organizational wellness and leadership assessment platform built specifically for churches. We are not a therapy provider and we do not deliver clinical care. What we do is give church leadership an honest, measurable picture of how their staff are actually doing — before that picture becomes a resignation letter.

Most churches discover a staff health problem far too late, usually because nobody felt safe naming it early. Our assessment removes that risk entirely. Staff respond anonymously through a private link, and results are only ever reported in aggregate. Leadership sees patterns, not people.

The result is a single MinistryWell Score out of 100, six category scores, a clear list of strengths and concerns, and a set of recommended next steps your team can act on this quarter.
