A guided six-month engagement for churches ready to change something.
The assessment tells you where you stand. The Intensive is how you move. It pairs your results with training, a concrete action plan and a re-measure so progress is visible rather than assumed.
Phase One — Diagnose
Full staff assessment, leadership interviews and a benefits review. You receive an executive report with your MinistryWell Score and category breakdown.
Phase Two — Equip
On-site leadership health workshop, First Responder Training for a designated care team, and Mental Health First Aid certification for supervisors.
Phase Three — Embed
A 90-day action plan with named owners, a family health rhythm for spouses, and a benefits and EAP communication reset.
Phase Four — Re-measure
A follow-up assessment at six months, with a side-by-side comparison so you can see what actually moved.
